Shipping Information
- For all orders within India, Incredible Sarees offers free shipping. For International deliveries, Incredible Sarees offers free shipping on orders above Rs.20000/- and on orders below Rs.20000/- we charge an applicable amount for shipping.
- For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on Incrediblesarees.com
- For International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight, and volume of the products purchased. With the estimated delivery date provided for your order at the time of placing the order, you will also be sent an order confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or on nationally observed holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Note: The shipping charge does not include import duty(s). Please read our tax-related T&Cs. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive an item that is damaged, please Contact Us immediately on [email protected]
- Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit / full refund.
- We use reliable courier services for deliveries such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Delhivery. Bluedart, India post and GATI.
- We shall send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so that you can track your order and be available for receiving it.
- Ready-to-ship orders take up to 24 hours to process. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you’ve purchased multiple products in an order, your order can have multiple shipment dates, which will be confirmed to you in the Order Confirmation mails.
- At times, orders can get delayed for reasons beyond our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated delivery time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order. Taxes
Taxes & Duties
Domestic Couriers: If the country of shipment is within India, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes.
International Couriers: Overseas orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
- Please note: We, at Incredible Sarees, are unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
In India, as per the GST act, 12% tax will be levied on all Sarees available on Incrediblesarees.com
